Who processes the data

What we process

The parent's email address and password hash; the child's given name and birth year; the names and types of paired devices; device status reports; and address lookups from the child's devices (domain name, time, decision).

Why

To run the filter, keep the parent informed and detect when filtering is switched off. Never for advertising, profiling or sale.

How long

The lookup log is deleted after 30 days. Account data is kept until the account is deleted.

Where

On our own server in the European Union. We use no third-party analytics or advertising services.

Telling the child

The app on the child's device always shows which monitoring features are active.

Your rights

You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your data, and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
